Can you work to our protocol requirements?
Yes. Our protocol-compliant transportation covers seating order, vehicle order, dress code and arrival procedures to the requirements you or the event organiser set, and confirm every detail with you in advance.
Can you provide vehicles for an official convoy?
Yes. We provide matched S-Class or SUV vehicles for official convoys, check the route in advance and keep every vehicle connected by radio. The convoy itself is organised in coordination with the organiser and the relevant authorities.
How do you handle large official events and summits?
Our operations team has managed fleets of 500+ vehicles in a single operation. We assign vehicles per delegation, place dispatchers on site and coordinate timings with the organisers and accreditation teams.
Which languages do your chauffeurs speak?
Our chauffeurs speak Azerbaijani and Turkish by default. English- and Russian-speaking chauffeurs are available on request, and other languages are arranged where possible. Your coordinator speaks Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
How is confidentiality protected?
Every contract includes an NDA. Guest identities, meeting places, documents and conversations in the vehicle are never shared, and information is given to chauffeurs only on a need-to-know basis.
